How many days a week will I train?

Most beginners train just 3 days per week, which is actually optimal for building muscle, shaping your physique, and recovering properly. Men build a stronger V-taper, women build a more balanced hourglass shape — without burning out. Intermediate and advanced lifters move to 5–6 days per week with a complete program restructure at no extra cost. We’ll break down why this works during your free orientation.

How long are the workouts?
Workouts typically range from 30–60 minutes, depending on your experience level and goals. They’re designed to be efficient and effective, not drawn out just to make you feel exhausted.

What makes your program different from others I’ve tried?
We don’t rely on extreme cardio, crash dieting, or unsustainable routines. You’ll follow a simple, structured plan built around smart training, realistic nutrition, and accountability — with an emphasis on understanding why things are done, not just blindly following a program

 

  • How long until I see results?
    Most people start noticing changes in the first 1–2 weeks, both physically and mentally. Real, visible body changes continue to build over the following months as consistency compounds.

  • How do I know this will work for my body type?
    There is no one-size-fits-all plan. Your training and nutrition are adjusted to your body, lifestyle, schedule, and goals. The process is personalized so you’re not trying to force yourself into someone else’s template.

  • Do I need a gym or can I train at home?
    Both options are available. We can build programs for gym training or home setups (including dumbbells only). The plan is built around what you realistically have access to.

  • Do I need to already be in good shape to start?
